You decide how much of that you want fixed in advance and how much you would rather leave open, and we build around that. Some people want every night booked and a plan for the mornings; others just want the travel and the beds sorted and the rest free. Either way you get one programme and one cost instead of a folder of separate reservations. You can start small, just the flight and a place to stay, and add a tour or a day trip later if you decide you want more.
Groups are where the organising gets fiddly, and where a single point of contact earns its keep. For a family gathering, a group of friends travelling together or a larger party, we keep everyone on the same flight where we can, put the rooms close to each other, and give you one figure to look at instead of a spread of individual bookings. On the destination itself, tell us the kind of place you have in mind, whether that is the coast or a city to walk through, and we suggest options that suit the season and the money you want to spend. The popular weeks fill first and cost most, so coming to us earlier gives you more to choose from, though we will still look for something sensible when the trip is close. You deal with one person at the Mamurras office throughout, in Albanian, Italian or English, from the first idea to the final programme in your inbox. And if a detail has to move once it is booked, a date or a name on the list, you tell us and we look at what can be rearranged and what it means.
