Most of the people we book for are moving along the Albania–Italy route, for family or work, and sometimes to study. It is a route with plenty of options and not all of them make sense: departure times that leave you stranded between connections, prices that look low until the extras are added, buses and flights that suit one kind of trip more than another. We know how the usual routes run and where they join up, so whether you set off from Tirana or land in an Italian city, we point you to a way across that fits your day rather than the first result on a screen. Children, extra luggage or a particular seat all change the picture, so the more you tell us at the start, the better the match.
The whole thing runs through one person. You write to us at the office in Mamurras, on the SH1, and tell us what you need in Albanian, Italian or English, whichever you speak at home. The same person who answered your first message follows the booking to the confirmation and is still there afterwards, so if a question comes up the week before you leave you are not starting again with a stranger or a call queue. Some stretches of the year are simply busier. Around summer and the main holidays seats go sooner and prices climb, and what you pay in any season moves with the distance, the date and how far ahead you ask. When you come to us with time in hand we have more room to find something good and to weigh up a few dates rather than one. When the trip is last minute we still look, and we tell you plainly what is realistic for the days you want instead of promising a bargain that is not there. If you can travel a day either side of your ideal date, tell us, because a small shift sometimes opens a much better fare.
A booking goes faster when you have a few things ready: the travel dates, the passenger names exactly as they read on the passport or ID, and any preference on times or luggage. Plans change, and that is fine. If a date has to move or something comes up, one message is enough: we look at what your ticket allows, whether it can be changed and what that involves, and we lay out the choices in plain words so you decide with the full picture rather than under pressure. We also keep a note of how you like to travel, so the next time you write we already know the basics and can move faster.

- Let us know as early as you can. Some tickets can be changed with little fuss and others are stricter, so we check what your fare permits, tell you any difference in cost, and only make the change once you are happy with it.
