Privacy & cookie policy

Updated: July 2026

This page explains how Dajcaj Agency handles the personal data of visitors to dajcaj.com — both what you send through the contact form and what is collected automatically while you browse (cookies and analytics).

Data controller

The data controller is Dajcaj Agency, based at SH1, Mamurras, Kurbin 4704 (Albania). For any request about your data you can write to info@dajcaj.com.

Data we process

  • Contact-form data: name, email, phone (optional), the service you’re interested in, and your message.
  • Navigation data: analytics cookie identifiers, IP address, pages visited and technical browser data, collected only after your consent.

Purposes and legal basis

  • Replying to requests sent through the contact form — legal basis: art. 6(1)(b) (pre-contractual measures) and art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in managing enquiries).
  • Navigation statistics via Google Analytics — legal basis: art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Google Analytics 4

The site uses Google Analytics 4, an analytics service provided by Google Ireland Ltd (and Google LLC for users outside the EEA). It collects your IP address and identifiers and sets the _ga and _ga_41JHVL9NTR cookies. Thanks to Consent Mode v2, Google Analytics is activated and sets cookies only after you accept in the banner: without consent no analytics cookie is stored. Data may be transferred to the United States (Google LLC) under adequate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Google privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy — opt-out: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout For additional statistics we also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless solution with no profiling that requires no consent.

Retention

Contact-form data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and meet legal obligations, and in any case no longer than 12 months, then deleted. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months.

Recipients

We share data only with providers that process it on our behalf; we do not sell it or hand it to third parties for marketing. The providers we use are:

  • Resend — sending the contact-form emails.
  • Railway — website hosting.
  • Google (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC) — Google Analytics statistics.
  • Cloudflare — aggregate statistics and site delivery.

Cookie policy

Cookies are small files that websites store on your device to make the site work or to gather statistics. Below are the cookies this site uses and how to manage them.

Technical and preference cookies

They are needed for the site to work and to remember your choices (for example the consent preference stored in the browser localStorage under the key dajcaj-consent, or the language). They require no consent.

Third-party analytics cookies

These are the Google Analytics cookies listed in the table. They are installed only after you accept in the banner and help us understand, in aggregate, how the site is used.

Analytics cookies (installed only after consent):

Managing your consent

On your first visit the banner lets you accept or reject analytics cookies. You can change your mind at any time by clearing the site’s cookies and data in your browser (the banner will reappear) or by disabling Google Analytics with the official add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout You can also reopen the banner at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.

Your rights

At any time you can exercise the rights under arts. 15–22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out. To exercise them, write to info@dajcaj.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority; for users in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
