You live in Italy, the matter is in Albania
Many Albanian families in Italy have legal matters to handle in Albania: inheritance, documents, immigration, civil cases. Travelling back each time isn’t realistic.
We handle it remotely: you explain the case by phone or WhatsApp, in Italian or Albanian, and we start the procedure without you having to travel.
What we can handle remotely
Most matters start and proceed online: consultation, document gathering, filings, updates. Only some steps — specific signatures, hearings — may need you in person, and we tell you in advance.
With a real lawyer, not a middleman
Matters are handled by lawyer Ejona Dajcaj, a member of the Albanian National Chamber of Advocates. No hand-offs: you talk to the person handling your case.
Questions
- Do I have to come to Albania?
